My perspective has been shaped over more than 25 years working closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients across markets and cultures — within and alongside leading global luxury maisons including Cartier, Bulgari, Vacheron Constantin, De Beers, Montblanc, and Chopard.

Across high jewellery, rare timepieces, and experience-led engagement, I learned that true luxury is not defined by information or process alone, but by presence, judgment, and the ability to create ease and confidence in every interaction.

That understanding now informs my advisory and training work: helping organisations create experiences clients remember — long after the product is acquired or the service delivered.
